Action

This action photograph was taken with a shutter speed of 1/3200, a f-stop of 8, and ISO of 800. This is a very effective action photo because I was able to capture action; which is people doing cartwheels. My objective of this picture was to be able to capture action without it being blurry.

School Spirit!

This photo was taken with portrait mode for "School Spirit." This picture was taken with an ISO of 100,  and a f-stop of 4.0. To be honest, this is one of my weakest pictures because I rushed myself to get this photograph on "School Spirit Day."

Macro Lens

This photo was taken with the Macro lens. While on this project, I was able to play around with the lens to get a better sense of it. I learned that the macro lens is best used for taking very up-close photos. This photo was taken with "Close-Up" mode with an ISO of 100. I should have increased the ISO so the photo would've came out more better, in my opinion.

Capturing Emotions

This is an effective photo capturing emotion because when you look at her face, you can see that she is happy and having a good time. My objective for this project was to capture emotion so that the person looking at the photograph will know how the subject is feeling, and because I was able to achieve this, I consider this to be an effective photo. This photo was taken on "Portrait" mode.

Light Box

This photograph was taken in a light box. This was my first time using the light box. We were just practicing on how the light boxes worked, and this is how one of them came out. We didn't use flash because we used two light sources from the side. Also, we used a blue backdrop.I liked how the photograph came out because I like how there is a small shadow around the phone. I think the photo would've came out more effective if the cloth in the back didn't have any creases so it would look like one smooth background, just like those photos taken for products in magazines!
This photo was taken with a f-stop of 4.0, shutter speed of 1/25, and ISO 800.

Spring

This photo was taken with a 200 ISO and in portrait mode. This was an effective photo because I was able to get only the flower in portrait. It would've came out better if I used the "Close-Up" mode on just the flower.
